Just about to eat what I picked up on my way home from work. 40 min wait for pickup but thats a nobrainer for a place that good on Valentines so I ordered early and it was ready right on time. Coming from big city like Toronto, I was a bit skeptical I thought this restaurant in a small town like Vernon was a mediocre Asian restaurant because I tried a couple of other Asian restaurants in town and they were awful. But I was completely wrong! They serve really good TorontoVancouvers Quality Asian food there. And the most exciting part is the portion, each dish is huge mega portion size and they are all very Delicious! I tried Pan Fried Cantonese Style ChowMei, it was super tasty! “ Wow. AMAZING food. Picked up take out yesterday for a celebration and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was so tasty. Im so happy we tried out this restaurants food as it is now our go to for Chinese food. The portions are standard but its easy to spot the top notch ingredients visually and as you eat. I thought we tried all the places in town but discovered this through word of mouth. Recently, the other restaurants dishes tend to all taste the same, Jade Asians dishes are distinctly flavourful Thank you!. ”
“ We chanced on this when we were in Vernon on October 3. We had planned on Sushi but it was after the lunch hour and the place was closed. First, the restaurant is very, very clean and new. Second, the server was friendly and helpful. We had the dinner for two, sweet and sour pork, chicken chow mien and beef chop suey, with two spring rolls each. They had egg rolls on the menu and thats not that common these days, with spring rolls easier for the food distributors to make and so few people making these things in house. so I ordered one. This review is getting a little long, but suffice to say the food was excellent and the portions over the top. But the surprise was the egg roll. It is made in house and is perfection. We had enough left over for dinner when we got home and a lunch the next day for me. You can tell it was a family run restaurant because there were two sweet children playing together in the back booth. We are going to Vernon tomorrow to the farmers market and taking our dog to BX park. Somewhere in there we are going back here. We went back today October 9 and had some sichuan chicken, Singapore noodles hot and sour soup and, of course, and egg roll. Amazing. ”
